Church Administration Support Ministry

Why?

• Created to help churches by providing affordable expertise necessary to deal with everyday church business administration issues; particularly those issues (labor law, tax law, and employment law), that can land you and your church in court.

Who?

Norm Hils was called to full time Christian service in 1997 while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Science and a Masters degree in Management. He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received his church business administration certification in 2002. He has served on church staffs as a church business administrator and began sharing his knowledge with other churches. His passion is to provide competent, professional, business administration support to churches so the staff can focus their time and energy on ministering to their church members.

Norm is a certified Church Business Administrator and belongs to The Church Network (National Association of Church Business Administration), and served as an officer in the local San Antonio Chapter during its existance.
